Support For Our Mental Health During Isolation 

During this very challenging time it can be easy to let our mental health slip and it's important that we do things that will help us stay physically and mentally healthy. 

 

Below is some really useful information and activities created by South Tyneside Council and the Healthy Minds team to help both children AND parents/carers make sure we all maintain good mental health during times of uncertainty and isolation.
