Autumn1 Spelling
Stone Age Survival Day
The children all had a fantastic time learning all about life in the stone age. They made fire, explored artefacts and built shelters.
World Mental Health Day
We showed our support and raised awareness of mental health by wearing yellow today. We practiced some breathing and mindfulness activities, sang songs, danced and chatted as well as pulling our best silly faces for the camera!
Happy Divali!
We completed our Divali celebrations today with some food sharing and tasting. We had guava juice for the first time and most of us thought it was delicious! We also tried rice, naan bread, poppadom, mango chutney and sweet melon. We lit our diva lamps and listened to some traditional Hindu music while we shared our food.
Anti-Bullying Week 2025
We have had a fantastic start to anti-bullying week today. Following a fantastic assembly by our Safeguarding Superstars, we talked about why we were wearing odd socks and what it meant to be kind. The children all enjoyed showing off their odd socks!
Children in Need 2025 We had a great spotty day to show our support for Children in Need and had a lot of fun joining in with the Joe Wicks active challenge. 😊
