Home Learning
For access to online learning please use Classdojo and Google Classroom to access online lessons and support from your Year Group team.
Work will be set daily and online support will be given throughout the day.
Home Learning Expectations

Work will be set every morning at 9:00am via google classroom and should be completed by 3:30pm.

Work allocated should last the allocated time as stated on the timetable.

Work should be completed to the same standard we would expect at school.

Once you have completed a piece of work, hand it in. It will be marked and you will receive feedback

The Year 6 team will be available to answer any queries between 9:00 and 5:00 via Class Dojo and Google Classroom.

After this, any queries will be answered the following weekday.

We recognise everyone’s day to day situation will be very different, if you have any issues with completing work on some days, please keep us informed. We recognise not all days will be straight forward!

Design & Technology

We have been writing Biographies all about our favourite actors & actresses from The Greatest Showman. We have found out so much about their lives and careers.
During our Oliver Twist English work, we created Wanted posters for Bill Sikes for the murder of Nancy. Look at our fabulous posters created both at home and in school.
ICT
We learned how to be SMART online for Internet Safety Day. Take a look at what SMART stands for so you can follow it too...
Art
During our Mayan Topic, we created some Mayan Designs.
In our Art lesson, we created Andy Warhol inspired art. The children had fun researching and recreating some of his work.
