Mental Health Awareness Week 2021. (Back To Nature)

Year Two took some beautiful photos whilst walking around outside. They listened to some relaxing music while drawing pictures of the flowers they found.

Year Two children enjoyed some time outside taking photos and drawing pictures of things that inspired them in nature.

Our Reception children enjoyed a walk around the school field looking for different things that would remind them of Spring.

Year Five enjoyed some time out of the classroom looking at different plants, flowers and trees around the school grounds. The children then created some beautiful trees using materials they had found outside.

Asha the dog had a fantastic day in school, she really enjoyed her cuddles throughout the day. Mr Fraser said she slept all through the night last night and even decided to have a lie in today. Pets can have some powerful health benefits for our Mental Health. Stroking pets can help relieve depression, anxiety and also lower stress.
